Direct Care
Our skilled caregivers provide direct care to each of our clients. Direct Care includes but is not limited to: Bathing, Dressing, Toileting, Transferring, and Ambulation Assistance.
Companion Care
At Ohana Care our clients become part of our family and we are here to lending a helping hand. We know that simple household chores can sometimes be difficult for our clients to do on their own. We are able to provide light housekeeping, meal preparation and even assistance with pets.
On Call Care
At Ohana Care we offer around the clock medical home care services as to ensure that our clients get the attention they deserve. Our On Call Care services enable us to respond quickly to any emergency or problem that requires immediate attention.
Errands
At Ohana Care we make sure all supplies are stocked and ready for use. There is nothing worse than depleting and/or not being able to retrieve necessary supplies. We are able to provide services such as grocery shopping, medical supply pick up, etc.
Medication Distribution/Reminder
At Ohana Care we care for our patients’ health and wellbeing, providing personalized medical home care attention as needed. With our Medication Distribution/Reminder services, patients can feel confident that their health matters will be addressed in a timely manner — without sacrificing their normal daily routines.
Respite
At Ohana Care we strive to relieve families of the stress that goes into caring for a loved one. Taking on the role as the caregiver and allowing family to just be that, family. You can rest easy knowing that your loved ones are being cared for with the utmost respect and professionalism that we could possibly offer them.
Transportation to and from Appointments/Outings
At Ohana Care we offer transportation to and from appointments, as well as joining clients/families at appointments. We understand that life gets busy sometimes and you can't always be there. Joining clients/families at appointments can be beneficial to not only them but to medical staff as well, we are a second pair of eyes/ears. Along with this service we offer transportation to and from outings. Getting our clients outside for a change of scenery and fresh air is important to us and their wellbeing/health.
